Life comes with burdens. Some are daily frustratio Life comes with burdens. Some are daily frustrations. Others are grief, illness, loss, or poverty. But one of the heaviest burdens is believing your identity depends on what you do, what you have, or what others think of you.

When those things disappear, who are you?

Before Jesus did anything, the Father called Him Beloved. And what was spoken over Jesus is spoken over you.

You are the beloved child of God. That's the truest thing about you. ❤️

Last month, students and professors from the Faculty of Canon Law were in Rome for a study visit.

While there, they had the opportunity to meet with Pope Leo XIV and even gifted him some SPU merch.

Every week, our 507 Sandwich Club reminds us that Every week, our 507 Sandwich Club reminds us that God's Kingdom is built not on extraordinary acts, but on ordinary acts done with extraordinary love. When we place Christ at the centre of our lives, even something as simple as making a sandwich becomes an act of love and hope for our neighbours.
May we continue to serve with joyful hearts, remembering that every small act of kindness reflects God's love in our community. ❤️🥪

Our annual Mass on the Grass and parish picnic wer Our annual Mass on the Grass and parish picnic were enjoyed by all!

12th Sunday in Ordinary Time: God is with us. Do not be afraid.
Just as the sparrows, though small, never escape the Father's loving hand, neither do we. Nature reminds us every day of God's care, provision, and faithfulness.
Whatever you are facing today, trust that God is near. You are seen, known, and deeply loved. 🤍
